What inspired you to launch your own website?
Our customers want to find out what we stock, how much it is, and where they can purchase it. They can find out the measurements, cleaning codes, etc., for all of our products.
Our customers are keen to share their choices with their friends and families, and we provide a way to do so.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Roomful Express launched a long time ago and it has taken us a while to build this beautiful new, consumer friendly website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It's the company name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We list the prices of our products, and we have sheets that are designed to be printed and taken to our stores for purchase.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To keep it and continue to provide excellent service to our customers.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Very well - we find that customers really appreciate the personal touches we have put on the site.

Yes.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
All of them have been technical issues.
What has been your biggest challenge?
We only sell and ship within a 50 mile radius of the physical stores, so that's been something that we have had to handle as the internet is global.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Public Relations and word of mouth.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
More customers than we expected.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
For many years, and it will be up from now forwards.
