What inspired you to launch your own website?

To be able to serve people worldwide

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

It was lunched in February 2006 under www.living-morocco-online.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Just pure brainstorming

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Very simple web site, not busy at all.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

For income, and to educate people around the world on what Morocco can offer

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It's paying off really well

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I wouldn't change anything

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I sure hope so.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

No extra costs.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Having my website on the 1st page of major search engines.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Word of mouth.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It didn't.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Since February, and I'll keep for as long as I have this business.
