What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
On items that are more expensive, like our executive office furniture, people still want to be able to see the item in person. Before they spend a lot of money, they would like to try out desk, sit at the helm. Our PPC has been really good for us in getting exposure.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
PPC Content Match does not work for us as the SE do not seem to be able to place our ads on sites with a higher potential of getting a customer for our "executive" office furniture.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
Less "black hat" services. I would like everyone on the SE to be on an even playing field and let the true relevance of their sites be the determining factor.
