B&B Outdoor Creations is an online retailer of fine Teak, Oak and Cedar Outdoor Furniture. We offer free shipping on all of our outdoor furniture including Teak, Oak and Cedar Chairs, Bensches, Porch Swings and More!
What inspired you to launch your own website?
A strong desire to run and own my own business.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is the first website that I have ever launched.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name for my business is based on my initials. B is the first letter of my first and last name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We blieve that we offer some of the highest quality outdoor furnishings available with a level of customer service that is unsurpassed.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
My goal is to be succesful with this business and eventually open additional websites.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We have just recentely opened our website in the past couple months, so at this point the investment is greater than the rewards.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would like to change the design of the website to be more visually appealing. I would also create a much more advanced and aggressive marketing campaign.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We would defineteley be able to keep up with the demand and would do whatever steps necessary to ensure that we did for our customers.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
The only headaches we have experienced are struglling to get our site ranked in the search engines so that we can get traffic to the site, but this takes time with any new site i believe.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Again, the biggest challenge we have had is getting our website found by customers. as with any business, this is our main goal and of course we can't have too many people looking at our site!
