What inspired you to launch your own website?
We want to give our customers the opportunity to browse our furniture before they come to the store. We want them to be able to answer the question "Where can I buy great furniture in Pittsburgh?"

Roomful Express in 1996.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It's the company name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We have more furniture than most other furniture retailers in Pittsburgh and we list the prices of our furniture. We also sell furniture sets - we put it all together and we sell it for less.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To make it a great resource for our customers.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Very well.

We'd make it so that each customer had the perfect experience.
